What you get
Sortflare is a browser extension that reorders, exports, downloads and transcribes content you can already see in your own browser. The Free plan is available without an account. Pro is a lifetime licence: one payment through Stripe, tied to your account, with nothing that renews.
Billing
Pro is paid once and stays on your account. Prices are in US dollars and exclude any tax your jurisdiction adds. "Lifetime" means for as long as Sortflare exists: if we ever shut it down, we will say so in advance, and no further payment will ever be asked of you. The included transcription allowance is 500 minutes per calendar month and does not accumulate. A refund or a chargeback on the purchase switches Pro off.
Refunds
If Sortflare does not do what this site says it does, email support@sortflare.com within 14 days of a charge and we will refund it. We would rather refund you than argue.
Acceptable use
Use Sortflare on content you are allowed to access, and respect the terms of the platforms you use it on and the rights of the people who made the content. Do not use it to harass anyone, to redistribute other people's work as your own, or to build a bulk-scraping service. We may end an account that does.
Not affiliated
Sortflare is an independent tool. It is not affiliated with, endorsed by, or sponsored by Instagram, Meta, TikTok, YouTube or Google. Those platforms can change how they work at any time, and parts of Sortflare may stop working until we adapt.
Warranty and liability
Sortflare is provided as is. We do not warrant that every platform surface will keep working, or that a metric a platform reports is accurate. To the extent the law allows, our total liability is capped at what you paid us.
Changes
We may update these terms; material changes will be announced in the extension before they take effect. Continuing to use Sortflare after that means you accept them.
